His Time is Not Our Time

Dear Brides, what God promised He will fulfill in your life and mine, His time is not our time! This Epilog gave me faith to continue to trust in the Lord and His goodness, even though I cannot see all the mountains of my life falling now.

What I have learned is that things do not always will happen the way we expect. But His way is better than our ways. It may take time, but in that time, He is working on so many things not just in our lives but for those around us as well. Like Michele's friend that had an empty room that she did not understand why at the beginning, but later was for Michele to stay. Reading it, it brought me to think about all the things that He is working on now that I can't imagine or see but will receive at His appointed time. This is a very exciting thought!

To continue to trust Him when He says no, or that it's not the time. I didn't have debt problems, but I suffered seeing all the debts that my father had. Today we still suffer the consequences of it. Having lived with that in my life, was a way He was teaching me not to follow the same path. Even though I didn't understand before, I can now. Praise the Lord, my father is debt free, the Lord used my life, and my siblings' lives to help when He led us.

All the verses shared were a beautiful reminder of Who He is and what He owns, that is everything. We are just stewards. And that's a way that I want to live, it's His will to give me a house or a car or whatever I think I need, but I don't want to try to have things with my own hands then enter into debts, that's not His will. I want to be content with whatever He gives or may not give me.

Dear Brides, I want to encourage you to read this beautiful Epilog, and I hope that it will give you the hope to look at Him in the midst of your current circumstances, He is bigger than any mountains you may have in your life.
