Pouring out your heart in your Journal will help you to heal and lay down a close relationship with your Husband, Your Maker. For example, think about what you learned in the lesson, ask Him any question that comes to mind and expect Him to answer.

Since encouraging other women is why He allowed this crisis in your life, please encourage your family, friends or other women from this lesson.
