This I Promise You

I am so excited to share that My Husband gave me a new love song over the Christmas holiday. First, He had led me to read about the promise in the story of Noah in Genesis 9. God promised Noah that He would never flood the earth again. He gave him a sign to remember the promise and it’s a sign we still see today. It’s the rainbow! He created the rainbow as a reminder that He will never flood the whole earth again. The rainbow is also a symbol of His unbelievable love for us. He chose to rescue Noah from the flood, and He chose to rescue all of us from sin when He sent His Son. As I was reading and studying the scripture, I received a song on my news feed which I thought was strange for a song to be on there. I played it and listened to the words and knew that it was my Husband talking to me about His promises… Some parts He sings to me and then some parts are meant for me to sing to Him. Take a listen and your heart will melt too!
