The Waiting Room

“They that wait upon the Lord,
            will renew their strength…” I4031

I just came to praise my Beloved Heavenly Husband for all the times He put me in a waiting room. Yes, it sounds crazy, right? No one wants to wait, that is our human beings' truth. We want all things to happen when we need them. We don´t want to wait, or not know what will happen.
The fear that sometimes we feel, the anxiety, and all those crazy feelings that show up when we don´t want to.

But praise the Lord for the waiting rooms!! Because is in there when we exercise the muscle of faith, of believing in His promises, in hiding under His wings. In here the time moves slower but it gets us in the position of worshiping, speaking life, and surrendering!
Surrender our will, and our desires to Him!!

Trusting that He is a waymaker and that one of His Words is more than enough to bring us forth and calm our restless hearts!
My sweet brides, our lives are composed of different waiting rooms, so I decided to enjoy the wait!!

And that is why I am praising today!! My Beloved is with me showing me how to enjoy the wait, how to break free from those thoughts that want to kill my faith, and to sit quietly next to Him to enjoy the view!

People are running from one thing to another, wanting to be perfect and admired, but our Beloved wants to lead us to something better: His loving arms on His resting place!

If your heart is filled with anxiety because there are things in your life you can´t control, let´s pray together and enjoy the wait! And while we do that, let´s renew our minds by reading this chapter:

“God’s Waiting Room”
I would love to read what the Lord spoke to your heart, leave a comment 🤗

  1. Thank you for sharing dear Isabella. I have to admit I always struggled to enjoy the wait and my waiting period was always so stressful for me, but through RMI I have learned to start enjoying my wait and what helps me a lot with that and not to stress is to praise my Darling a lot.

    1. Yes my dear, the Lord really changes the way we view our waiting rooms. It becomes a matter of trust and faith! He will call our name and deliver us from everything!

  2. My dear Isabella, being in God’s waiting room is not easy, but through these lessons I have learned that there is a pupose in the waiting: it’s something we have to go through to be prepared for what our HH is going to do, time to built up strenght, time in which the Lord, our HH is working in the situation and bringing people and circumstances together for whatever we are waiting on Him for. Once I understood this, waiting became easier and I can wait with peace and joy. Here is another lesson on waiting: https://loveatlast.org/finding-the-abundant-life/chapter-5-its-so-worth-the-wait/

  3. This was a timely encouragement as I find myself in a moment of waiting for God with Jesus, my Love.

I especially landed on your words about how “people are running from one thing to another, wanting to be perfect and admired.” This is so true, and it’s easy for me to fall back into the trap of living to please others rather than living for the glory and pleasure of the One I can never disappoint.

    1. Yes, my sweet Dina, we will never be perfect, but with Him, we have everything we need! We need to set our minds to enjoying the wait with Him and just enjoy to est in his loving arms!
