"Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” L6:38
When I read Chapter 2, Living The Abundant Life, I learned the following:
- The secret to abundance is to give. God gives to us so that we will give to others, this precious woman is the greatest secret to living abundantly.
- Waiting is part of our precious Lord's plan, so we must learn to wait and find our strength in Him.
- We must go with the flow and not against it and our precious Lord will come through for us at the right time.
- We should not expect anything from man, but look to God for what we need.
- It's incredibly powerful to give, when someone doesn't deserve it or appreciate it.
- Fear of having too little stops us from giving financially.
- If it is difficult for us to give, it is because we do not have enough of Him.
- If we have more of Him, we will only want more and more of Him and the rest will not matter to us, so we will be able to give precisely because of Him.
Precious dearest bride, keep your focus on the Lord and make sure that He becomes your everything and that is precisely when it will be easy to give. Remember our precious Lord's blessings are faster than we can be!
"The LORD replied, “Look around at the nations; look and be amazed! For I am doing something in your own day, something you wouldn’t believe even if someone told you about it." H1:5
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on Chapter 2. The idea that giving is the secret to abundance and that we should trust in God’s timing are powerful messages. Also, yes we should focus on our Beloved and make sure that He becomes our everything. ❤️
Yes precious Hope, at the end everything is about Him.
This is a topic that we should review again and again! The math of Heaven is not the one of Heaven!
This principle speaks louder because we decided to trust and surrender! It is scary but when we let go we see the abundance coming. Abundance of joy, trust, and real faith put into action!
Thank you for sharing what you learned! We are blessed to become a blessing!
“Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.” James1:17-19

You put it so beautiful precious Isabella, yes an abundance of joy, trust and real faith put in action. For me too it was scary but when we hold His hand in doing it and know we are doing it for Him, that is when we are filled with a peace that surpasses all understanding.
