Dear Bride, this chapter ["You're Beautiful"] will help you see yourself as your Heavenly Husband sees you.

It is not worth comparing yourself to the standards of beauty in this world, they are constantly changing, but focus on what the Lord thinks about us. God created each of us in a unique, special way. By complaining about our appearance, we insult His work.

I used to struggle a lot with complexes about my appearance, spending so much time thinking about it, feeling sorry for myself instead of starting to care more for myself, but most of all for my heart. The disgusting thing I had inside was going outside. However, I struggled most with words not about what I looked like, but what I was like. Words that made me feel inferior, not good enough, weird, that something was wrong with me.

It struck me through this lesson that in fact nowadays many women exercise for their muscles and often start to look like a man instead of focusing on being beautiful and feminine. Last year, when I started to focus a little more on appearance, diet, exercise, I became interested in weights, strength training, because it is more and more popular among women and actually strips them of their femininity. The world is trying to blur the differences between the roles of a woman and a man, it is worth being careful not to follow it.

Remember to ask my Heavenly Husband how He sees something, what He thinks, to help me understand it and to share with other women what He explained to me so that it would also be helpful for them.

Dear Bride, this chapter taught me that most of us have struggled or are struggling with various complexes and that we should take how we see ourselves and what we think of ourselves, for example, through the words of others spoken to us, to our Husband and ask what He thinks of us. His opinion of us should come first.

"If you do not know, the most beautiful among women ... How beautiful you are, my beloved! How beautiful you are!" Song of Solomon 1: 8, 15

"Charm is deceptive and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the LORD is worthy of praise." Proverbs 31:30
