I spent time with my daughters reading My Beloved Child Devotionals, and the Lord put in my heart the importance of sharing with my daughters the reason we tithe as a family!!
We made a time travel reminder of how our life was before we understood the beauties of tithing and also offering to our Beloved!
My daughter BethiA, who is 16, was the one who shared the most! And I was amazed by her answers! She was only 12 when my journey started in this ministry, and she said that she remembers all the times when we only had a few eggs, beans, and rice to eat! I was shocked! She also told me that she remembers how much we struggled to get to the end of the month and my stress every day because I worked outside my home.
I was silent for a while and there was round two with the twins! Before we couldn´t afford to take them anywhere and know we travel every weekend to rivers, lakes, and mountain tops and eat plenty of fruit!
My sweet brides, I can just say wow, our children notice the blessings that their Heavenly Father pours towards us when we obey! And they are clear the we do it out of love because we are grateful for every single blessing He daily gives to us!
That night we also talked about the real meaning of tithing: Tithing is about gratitude, love, and faith. It is amazing to see Him coming through for us each time we have a situation and knowing deeply in my heart that because we decided to believe in Him and put Him first He will open the door always!
We are never alone to face our trials by ourselves anymore! Because we trust Him and decide to obey Him our lives are changed forever, we don´t feel scared anymore! Now we are putting Him first always, showing how much we love Him because He loved us first and gave Himself for us!
I know that it feels scary to surrender everything to our Beloved, I was afraid to when I decided to let go of my finances in His Hands, but my dears the fruits, are beyond your wildest dreams! And your kids and family will be direct witnesses of what the LORD WILL DO IN YOUR LIFE!

It is very scary to start tithing, I can attest to that dear Isabella. Once you have taken the step, wow, the blessings that come with it. I can understand why a lot of Christians don’t want to teach this principle, because it is so scary, but ladies I can tell you, that if we obey Him, we will not regret it. He is so faithful and true to His word and He even tells us to test Him in this.
Yes my dear, this principle changes our lives forever!! It is better to have an 80% blessing than a 100% without blessing!! It is all about trust!
My family has received many blessings as well ever since I began tithing about 3 years ago. It was very scary at first because it didn’t add up to how much money I had in the account. But somehow it always worked out and I was able to get things I needed and wanted. Even now our family finally lives in a house (we always lived in an apartment) and I no longer have to work. Blessings come out of nowhere but we all know our Husband rewards us for our faithfulness in Him alone. It’s my desire to share this principle when my daughters get a little bit older and to others around me. It’s a principle that shouldn’t be looked over.
Yes they do my sweet Elda. It is just huge when we take that step on faith and then see the fruits!! He blessed us beyond our dreams!
