“Verbal Vomit”

“The good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth what is good;

 And the evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth what is evil;

For his mouth speaks from that which fills his heart.”

—Luke 6:45

My sweet dear ladies, I am here boasting about my weaknesses and being thankful because my Beloved Heavenly Husband always prepares us for everything!

There is no other relationship like family one to make you humble and meek! And I experienced a humbling session this past week.

Here in Costa Rica, we celebrate Mother´s Day on August 15th, and because we are living in front of my husband´s grandma we celebrate everything together! Grandma Alicia´s birthday was last week, so my Beloved put in my heart to have a special dinner party with all of her sons and daughters, grandchildren and great-grandchildren!

We were all excited, we are a big family so all the guests were up to fifty people!

There was one issue though, one of her sons doesn´t get along with anyone nevertheless I decided to invite him and his family!

Oh boy, I wasn´t ready for what was coming 😅. At first, he agreed and then he came to my house and through a "verbal vomit" towards me. I tried to remain silent and agreed but at some point, the words that came out of my mouth were:

“The good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth what is good;

 And the evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth what is evil;

For his mouth speaks from that which fills his heart.”

He remained looking at me speechless, I smiled and told him the date for the party and went into my house, literally trembling in anger. 😭 I knew I shouldn´t have said anything and I went into my room, cried and prayed, surrendering everything to my Beloved confessing my fault and asking forgiveness!
The dinner party came, and the unthinkable happened!
This man came with his whole family to the surprise eyes of his mother and father!

I mean everyone was happy and amazed that the family was reunited again!! I was serving everyone so I couldn´t talk to him!

But I knew that my Beloved had changed everyone´s heart when the family photos were taken and the grandpa burted into tears saying to all of us how happy he was to see his family reunited by the Glory of God!

I can only praise Him because He blessed the family twice for my mistake and for going to Him to heal my heart and the uncle´s heart as well!

The Lord reunites families and works at an appointed time!!

Let´s trust in Him and always put Him first always!!

I highly recommend this course: Restore Your Relationships because it changed my life forever! It taught that He will change everything in a minute if we just surrender to Him!

  1. Oh Isabella what a wonderful praise 😊🙌 even tho you blurted out and didnt stay quiet you blurted out Gods word!! And His word DOES NOT RETURN VOID 🙌

    “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.” Isa 55:11

    Im so happy for the grandparents to have all the family together what a blessing 🙌❤️

  2. Isabella, it made me smile to hear that the grandpa was so happy and his statement..Glory to God. How wonderful that the Lord put it in the sons heart to attend.

  3. Wow Isabella it could have been only Him who gave you the strength to not return “verbal vomit” for “verbal vomit”. And He blessed you and your family with a wonderful reunion!
