Dear Brides, just reading the testimonies is such a blessing and confirmation of this lesson ["Obedience Rather Than Sacrifice"] being a reality for the writer and her family.

I have been told I am cheap, and my Beloved showed me that when I purchase cheaper things its a confirmation from Him that I am buying what He wants me to purchase.

One of the principles I have been struggling is the same as her son. I have been thinking of ways to work more and make more money. I haven’t actually started anything but this lesson is convicting me, I need to stop being afraid of purchasing and focus on giving more. I catch myself at the store buying groceries and worrying, even when I know I have enough to pay. And my Beloved wants me to be free of that.

In the moments when I worry I will ask my Beloved what He wants me to give and to whom.

Dear brides, our HH (Heavenly Husband) doesn’t want us to be afraid when we need to purchase something and there is not enough money in the account. I learned we can ask Him to guide us to the place the item He wants us to have is. To be expectant of what deals we will get!! Also to not question the behavior of the people our Beloved is leading us to give, He is looking for obedience.

Learning that what the Lord wants is our obedience is eye opening. Sometimes we think that God is looking for sacrifices just because its the uncomfortable thing to do but we have to ask Him what is the obedience He is looking from us.
