â Today's Promise: "Cursed is the one who trusts in man, who depends on flesh for his strength and whose heart turns away from the LORD." Jeremiah 17: 5

Dear brides, come refresh your mind and remind yourself who is really the best Counselor and our Protector. He does everything He does to save us and turn us into beautiful and perfect creatures.
This chapter ["Wonderful Counselor"] explains to me a completely different view of things the world does today. It reminds me who is to be my help and my counselor, it is only God.
It's unbelievable how much I was wrong and living wrong all the time. It was natural for me to act in a completely different way than the Bible teaches. I blessed people when it suited me and when they were kind to me. If someone took something from me or demanded something of me, I asked for it back, or looked for excuses and negotiated, just so I wouldn't have to give it to that person.
I will hide in my heart and remind myself of the verse: "Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing." 1 Peter 3: 9 It is wonderful to know that I was called to something by Him, that He addresses it directly to me and if I live like this, I will be rewarded.
Dear Brides, in our lives have been, are and will be people and situations that will go against us. People who hurt us and it will seem that they want to hurt us in different ways. Then we know what to do. And to flee to Him who is the Creator of heaven and earth. He wants us to follow Him because He says that if we do not do it, but seek help in the world, we will not succeed. He does this to protect us and show us how much He loves us, how much He cares for us. It is against our body, but it serves His praise and glory. Let's not miss the opportunity to go for the best Counselor.

"But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them the other cheek also. And if anyone wants to sue you and take your shirt, hand over your coat as well." Matthew 5: 39-40
