Lay It at His Feet

♕ Today's Promise: “He has said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.’ Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me” 2 Corinthians 12:9.

Dear Brides, did you give your worries to the Lord as He says or are you still anxious about how you going to some something that seems impossible?

Reading "Rebuilding the Temple", the Lord taught me to trust and look at Him at every moment not just in a crisis. When we give to Him and trust, soon we begin to see His plans opened up to us, which can make us very excited. I loved the course of action the Lord taught me here.

First look at Him, and give it all into His hands. When we lay it at His feet, the peace will fill our minds, so we can now be excited about what is to come.

Take the time to share with those He brings, hosting in our weakness, so His power will be shown when He sends us our answer and miracles.

Seek Him in how to start, and how to participate in what He is about to do.

Trusting in Him, and not worrying about things is always an amazing way to understand this, it is not an easy principle, since we are often in need to have things now, and have the tendency to try to solve things by ourselves.

I was planning to visit my parents but had no money, I could try to do a loan or get in debt. But He led me to ask Him first and trust Him to provide.

I made a list of my target prayers, the things that I needed soon, and that I could not have without Him. Giving it all to Him, helped me to focus on Him and how He would provide for everything that I needed. He worked on it all, and today I look at this with more faith them before, it strengthened me not to panic or try to work my way out, but to trust His ways.

I want to trust His ways, maybe this is what He is asking me this year, to trust and surrender, knowing that His plans and His ways are always better.

I also want to take the opportunities He gives me to boast about my weakness with others, so they can all see His power working, and also be encouraged to believe and to trust in Him.

Dear Brides, even though this chapter is about the blessings of tithing, it still can be applied to all areas of your life! Come read, live it, and see the Lord moving the mountains in your life.

“He has said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.’ Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me” 2 Corinthians 12:9.

“‘For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways,’ declares the LORD. ‘For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts’” Isaiah 55:8–9.

“‘For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the LORD, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope’” Jeremiah 29:11.

We often panic when we need to always trust the Lord because He knows everything and He loves us.
