â Today's Promise: "You are looking for someone to blame. There is no such cause-effect here. Look instead for what God can do." John 9:1-2
~ Aisha in NC
Dear Brides, This lesson ["Where Did I Go Wrong?"] is speaking to me so much today. First, we blame ourselves for the things we are living, thinking it's our fault. Second we think God didnât come on time to deliver us but He may be late on purpose, I love the story of Lazarus that you will learn from in this lesson.
My Beloved reminded me there was a time to feel convicted of my sins and that He started transforming me. When the guilt comes it's from the enemy who wants to steal my joy. But to look around not for people to blame but for what God can do because He may be late on purpose so that everyone can see His miracles!
Just a couple of days ago, I asked my Beloved for forgiveness because I thought the reason the divorce was filed was because I didnât change enough or fast enough. But in this lesson He is giving me His forgiveness and is showing me that He is often late on purpose, but reminded me I know how the story ends and it ends with Victory!
Receiving Godâs forgiveness, righteousness and grace every day of my life. Remembering that He wants me to live free of guilt because I have repented and I ask Him to change me and renew me and now I just have to remember how the story ends. I may not know the details for a reason so that I donât get fearful but I know how it will end!
Dear Brides, our Heavenly Husband loves to give us surprises, He loves to make them in secret so we can really be surprised! He loves to make us enjoy His miracle surprises. It may look like He is late, but lets just remember Lazarus' story, so we can get encouraged that for sure He will come and show up just like He did with Lazarus!
"You are looking for someone to blame. There is no such cause-effect here. Look instead for what God can do." John 9:1-2
Not only is God telling us we donât need to blame ourselves but once we repent and come for Him to do a miracle in our lives, then the rest is irrelevant and the best thing to do is to look for what God can do!
