Restoration Fellowship

Adina and I have had a conversation via email to discuss the https://loveatlast.org/rf/ then today, my Husband said to begin a conversation and hear the hearts of the brides who are here reading the blog posts and commenting.

Do we need the form?

Is it essential to establish and hear the heart of the bride, documenting it in the MEMBERSHIP FORM?

Already I see how important it is to bring this into the light, not discussing this important topic privately because there are several languages that also use a similar form—so to remain ONE body we need to all be in agreement.

Adina, here is what you said:

Good Morning,

I am currently SG to do the following to replace the form:
1) Add a pop-up/widget/ menu at the bottom with a form to subscribe to the Fellowship
2) If they subscribe through this form, they will be placed on a different subscriber list, ex. RF Members
then:
A) When they subscribe, they will receive an automated mail with all the links to fellowship pages and a Telegram Group invitation for weekly updates and Zoom links
OR
B) Everyone on this new subscriber list can receive a weekly newsletter with the next fellowship's information (lessons, times and Zoom links), which can then replace the Telegram Group maybe.
Just SG because maybe there will be more control with Telegram as to who joins (men/women).
Seeking God about this and following His lead
Thank you!
You mentioned Telegram, which we had used for a long time, and quite successfully; however, having moved to the website, it's easy to see this is where we want to try to be for everything.
What did come to mind was using the ProfileGrid plugin. So I'm off to explore with my Husband to see what He has in mind.

  1. Amazing, profilegrid will be a better option. I added the plugin because it was not on L@L yet, will start exploring it with His guidance!

    1. Adina, you did such an incredible job with the form. Do you know what I LOVE LOVE LOVE? The top fields were already filled out for me because I’m a registered user, I guess.
Here’s the most important thing, though. Our wufoo forms were SOOOOOO long, and MOST of the info WE as ministers just don’t need to know, so we have been cutting them down. Yvonne and I dubbed it “Janine-It,” haha, because that’s what Janine’s take on our forms was using her phone when she first came, and it was EXACTLY what my Husband told me we needed to do.
Just leave the bare minimum. What do YOU as a ministry need to know? Like the marital status… what kind of internet? I don’t think so. Maybe work with Janine!
Let me know and I’ll fill it out, a few of us will, to give you feedback EVERYONE can benefit from with their own forms…. EXCITING, ISNT IT?

      1. Thank you Erin, still working on what should happen after you press submit… it doesn’t quite do what I want it to do, but I guess He has a better plan and will guide me.

As I was adding the fields from the wufoo form, I did see fields that can be removed to simplify the registration, but I will SG and also call Janine here to help me “Janine-It” 😄

      2. Dear Adina I also loved that the top fields were already filled.

Dear Erin, I would love to assist Adina with inputs. And I love that you and Yvonne dubbed it “Janine-it” hahahaha. I must be honest at first I thought how am I going to make suggestions because my personality is that I don’t want to offend the person that created the form and then I asked my HH and He gave me the go ahead and said I must suggest out of my heart and I thought back when I was hurting and how still up to now I don’t like to fill in lengthy forms and these days so many women work on phones to seek help.

  2. @Janine here is my list of what I think we can let go of, please check and see if you agree with me?

    -My current marital status is:
-What is your primary language or mother tongue? (rather add timezone to get idea of fellowship times)
-Since the help we offer is all Online, through eBooks, Lessons to read and more short Forms to fill out, how will you be accessing our online courses?
-I have applied and filled out this RF form:
    – My current church status is: *SG to guide them letting go?
    – I have applied and filled out this RF form: *SG to guide them letting go?
-Which Course are you currently journalling through:
-Are you committed to following the principles of RMI and RF, encouraging other women to do the same, (*such as “letting go” of attending church and becoming His church?) *SG to guide them letting go?
-Do you agree to (*let go of attending “church” and will instead) stay spiritually fed via RMI and Encouraging Women, fellowshipping with other RF members while volunteering, all with the purpose of enhancing your personal relationship with the Lord. *SG to guide them letting go?

*SG to guide them letting go? (maybe share milestone’s etc in newsletter)

I think these two can be combined or just removed, as a member they will receive the weekly newsletter with links, lessons etc.
Do you want to receive our Weekly Newsletter where we share our upcoming Restoration Fellowships?
Would you like to JOIN us and meet other likeminded brides in a Zoom Fellowship?

  3. – Name:
    – Last Name:
    – Email:
    – BNN Signature:
    – Current relationship status:
(include single, just my view because what if a single lady loves our teachings and wants to join, what do you think?)
    – Primary language:
(take out mother tongue, because primary language is enough?)
    – Country of residence/time zone:
(here we can maybe ask the country and time zone?)
    – How will you be accessing our online courses:
(or maybe leave it out because when they look for RMI on the internet they will see we are online)
    – I have applied and filled out this RF form:
    – Are you committed to keeping your relationship with the Lord as your main focus and goal and following the principles of RMI and RF?
(RMI’s main focus is the Lord, so maybe ask it in one question?)
    – Do you agree to stay spiritually fed via RMI and Encouraging Women, fellowshipping with other RF members while volunteering
(all with the purpose of enhancing your personal relationship with the Lord)?
    – Which Course are you currently journaling through:
(I would put this question last)

*As RMI member you will receive weekly newsletters and links to join us and meet other likeminded brides in a Zoom Fellowship
(maybe we can put it at the end)

(I agree about SG to guide them of letting go, because the more you read the teachings of RMI you understand and the more SG will guide you)

      1. Love your cuts and input. But I would like to see it cut down even more. đŸ™đŸ»
Do we need their real name or would BNN + surname be enough?đŸ™‹đŸ»â€â™€ïž
Do we need to know where they live or just time zone?đŸ™‹đŸ»â€â™€ïž
        Like Primary language better đŸ‘đŸ»
Do we need to know if they’ve filled a form out before? đŸ™‹đŸ»â€â™€ïž I don’t see why.

Even the commitments can be better expressed
 More calm and relaxed.

        Let’s do a round 2 and ” Janine-it“ some more 😂

        1. Dit see if this is now too much “Janine-It”?

          – BNN Name & Surname:
          – Email:
          – Current relationship status:
(include single, just my view because what if a single lady loves our teachings and wants to join, what do you think?)
          – Primary language:
          – How will you be accessing our online courses:
          – Which Course are you currently journaling through:
(I would put this question last)

*As RMI member you will receive weekly newsletters and links to join us and meet other likeminded brides in a Zoom Fellowship. By filling out this form we believe your main focus is the Lord and if not yet, He will become your main focus while you are being spiritually fed by RMI.

(I think leave this one out, because when you see the invites to fellowships you will look which one falls in your time zone)
          – Country of residence/time zone:

          1. Sorry I made a spelling mistake, please see if this is now too much “Janine-it”, hahaha

  4. Let’s keep going

    Current relationship status:
(include single, just my view because what if a single lady loves our teachings and wants to join, what do you think?)
đŸ™‹đŸ»â€â™€ïž We offer NOT LEGALLY MARRIED but Adina
are we ready to change it to SINGLE? Single today means dozens of things even “I’m married and cheat” which is why we state it the way we do. đŸ€” hmmm Maybe begin with “Single not legally married” đŸ€©

Trash đŸ—‘ïž because we already know the stats are 90% phone đŸ“± – How will you be accessing our online courses:

Rewrite >>>*As RMI member you will receive weekly newsletters and links to join us and meet other likeminded brides in a Zoom Fellowship. By filling out this form we believe your main focus is the Lord and if not yet, He will become your main focus while you are being spiritually fed by RMI.

*As a Restoration Fellowship member we welcome you to join us and meet other likeminded brides in a Zoom Fellowship by journaling the lesson we’re learning.
By filling out this form, we trust your main focus is having or wanting an intimate relationship with you Husband and come here to Love 💗 at Last to remain spiritually fed and encouraged by likeminded brides.

    1. I’m thinking now if a single lady comes, she can still mark not legally married because that will cover for single too.

    2. As I have been reading through all the suggestions, I made a new list, please have a look?

      1) BNN Name & Surname
      2) Email address
      3) Primary Language
      4) Time Zone

      5) Relationship Status (*Unmarried, Married, Separated, Divorce Filed, Divorced, Husband Remarried)
      {*Unmarried maybe rather than single or NLM?}

      6) As a Restoration Fellowship member, we want to invite you to join us and meet other likeminded brides in a Zoom Fellowship by journaling the lesson we’re learning. You will receive weekly newsletters with links to the weekly lessons, time and Zoom links. (Agree / Disagree)

      7) By filling out this form, we trust your main focus is having or wanting an intimate relationship with your Husband and come here to Love 💗 at Last to remain spiritually fed and encouraged by likeminded brides. (Agree / Disagree)

  5. Hello, I’m back and you’ll be surprised as I am that I want to suggest we ADD a checkbox ☑ List of all the resources, asking them what they have read/studied in order to minister to them in an understanding way.
Yesterday we discussed this during our podcast and immediately my husband brought me back to the RF form. https://the-praise-report.com/exciting-news-for-the-esp-and-ptg-copy/

Of course, this is going to change the longer that they are with us, unless there’s an opportunity and a way to add this list instead to profile grid đŸ€© that way the brides themselves would have access to keep it current. Wow maybe that’s His plan!!! And when you create the list, make sure it is solely love at last resources. This might be something Atarah would want to do for her website/ministry listing the hope at last resources!
Goodness now my husband just reminded me that this would also work for RMIOU! It’s almost identical to what we had on our Monday before but now it’s no longer buried or hidden.
So now I see that my husband brought me here to reveal your next project.
Once you have it, draft a post a praise, and let’s see if he brings the same 3C to work on it.

    1. Hello Erin, yes we can add a checkbox which they can update on their profile page as they progress through the courses.
What I am SG now is the weekly newsletter with the info for the Fellowships. If I want to use a mailpoet newsletter, mailpoet must be integrated with ProfileGrid and to do that, ProfileGrid must be upgraded to Pro.

The other option is to create a blog for the RF group, and use ProfileGrids emails, so in this blog a weekly post will have to be posted, which will then send a new post email to the group’s subscribers.

      1. Adina, moving up to pro would be a good investment however, for some reason I can’t find the pricing https://profilegrid.co/
When I first looked, it said something about a donation, which I would be more than happy to donate towards helping them, and want to do this. Anytime, we use something free, we want to donate to them.
Maybe you could look into it and leave us the link to look into further. We always look for a nonprofit pricing discount so if you stumble onto that well, exploring with your husband, please share it here as well.

        1. Back online and will take a look at it now

So sorry its Premium and not Pro,
Here is the link with all the extensions available under the bundle:
          https://loveatlast.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=pm_extensions

Then here is the mailpoet intergration, it says purchase for free, but I suppose that its free when you purchase the bundle:
          https://profilegrid.co/extensions/profilegrid-mailpoet/

          Minimum ProfileGrid version required
          5.2.0

          Current extension version
          2.3

          1. What a bargain—not that we NEED a bargain as we are no longer weighed down with the Poverty Mentality—but it’s often what our Husband does to confirm.

            I included the stars!! ⭐⭐

I’m just about to meet Yvonne for our daily LMF Podcast, so we can purchase it together, and then she can follow through to get the installation started—beginning with L@L

Oh, and because it’s priced so reasonably, there’s no need to seek out nonprofit pricing.
I am so thankful I posted this as quickly as I did, or I would have missed out because you were sooooo fast Adina!!!
            https://encouragingwomen.org/boast-about-my-impatience/

    2. My laptop switched off before I could share everything, loadshedding 🙂

If mailpoet and profilegrid is not integrated, I cannot see the RF group (PG groups) subscriber list in mailpoet to add them to a mailpoet newsletter.

  6. * oh, I almost forgot
I came here from a WhatsApp comment where Sara asked about new RF forms coming in to HQ. I explained you had been working on a new WP form and left this comment thread for her so she could forward the old form to your new form.
It wasn’t until now that I realized what he wanted us to do with the old forms, which may be (but you’ll have to talk to your husband to make sure) we gather them up and ask them to fill out a new form?
Knowing this is laborious, if there was a reward or blessing attached, it would become exciting. Just now I imagined that you had already created in profile grid several new groups they can join. Maybe one for each book like a book club? An opportunity to fellowship? Is this the way that we can screen those who would like to attend?
In many ways, it’s much better, because they will have a profile picture and a bio about themselves!!

  7. He just showed me to, as soon as I am back on my laptop, add a RF registration widget to lead them to the new form, then everywhere the wufoo form is linked, will also have to be replaced with the new link, so the wufoo form can no longer be used.

I can gather all the old applications and create a snippet to link them to the new page, I can also post a praise in the L@L blog to let the ladies know we have a new, easier form to apply đŸ™ŒđŸ»

Then it is totally posibble to create a bookclub for each book, with its own blog.đŸ™ŒđŸ»

  8. Can I be the 1st to say that the widget to sign up for RF looks AMAZING!! I’m excited to test out profilegrid for for Hope At Last MEQ’s, Prayer Team and Journals and for it to be shortened, we need to Janine-It! I did have a try with GFs but I just did not feel happy with it and now I can see why… this looks cleaner and I love that it is right here on the site, everything right here in one place!!

I added the profilegrid plugin to hopeatlast to start familiarising myself with it. I had a look at my dashboard on TPR but I cant see any plugins. I would like to start testing it out with my Husbands help.

  9. Thank you Atarah! We will see how He leads us with the group. I was also thinking of adding the RF journals to forms, create a group for each Book or resource, but He will have to guide me to how and where to add all the journals and if it would be a better option. But as He leads! I still have to get the newsletter for RF up and running as He leads, and who knows what plans He have for the groups!
