How Do I Cope?

Today I want to share a update on my previous podcast, "How do I Protect My Children? "

Many times I get asked: "How do I Cope?" So, in today's podcast I want to share with you how I cope with not having my children with me during the week, or any other trail I might face.

I hope this will help you to face any trail that might come against you, whether it is divorce, custody or any other trail.

  1. This is so beautiful Adina, I also have learned that running to our HH for anything we go through it brings peace inside us but if we do things our ways it brings pain and headache.

  2. Hi Adina, thank you for sharing what you have learned and do when the days are not so easy. As a mother with shared custody, you encourage me and many other women who may also find themselves in a similar situation that we don’t have to despair.
By spending time with Him as you do daily, we will get through it. And will shine like you. Because every time I see you you shine.

  3. I’m so glad you shared this Adina! Letting go and laying down your will for His is not easy but so freeing. And so true giving Him each concern and asking Him to reveal anything that needs to be 🙏 the only way to get thru running to Him.. this is the best way to handle any crisis.

  4. Thank you for sharing your journey, dear Adina. There is something in which I identify with you, you will see in my process I complained at some point because I was utterly alone, away from all my family, and also without children to worry about and occupy my time at that moment so as not to think about my husband when he He abandoned me, but I know you know by the glow on your face and the tone of your voice that this solitude is necessary for us and is so healing because we can enjoy Him more. I clearly remember how I spent each day by His side and even how I still love when my ET has to go on a trip and be able to enjoy my mornings and nights alone with Him, there are parts of the journey that are not easy. Still, we have His comfort and His shoulders to cry on, and He always knows how to lift our spirits and make us feel loved.

    1. Thank you Anastasia, at our WW retreat in Cape Town I shared exactly what you just shared about this solitude with one of the ladies who attended. I shared with her about our HH and how precious this time is with Him, that we are not alone because of Him. And how it is worth it to go through this season to get to know Him as our Husband, Provider, Healer, Comforter and Lover of our souls.

  5. Love each one f your podcasts!! You have such a powerful testimony!!
I canÂŽt believe how the Lord uses everythig for our good and to bless others!!
You are blessing so many women!!
