This week, as promised, I am excited to share the second inspiring example of "a day in the life of one of His Brides" so you can envision how He longs to transform your life.
“Therefore the LORD longs to be gracious to you, and therefore He waits on high to have compassion on you. For the LORD is a God of justice; how blessed are all those who long for Him.” Isaiah 30:18
This inspiring example began while I was shopping. I don't know about you, but while I shop I'm always asking my Husband what I should buy, what cut of meat I should get, if this is the right brand I should buy, and should I get two of these or just one? I’d spotted some raisin cinnamon bread and said, “Oh, that looks good, Darling” but as I began to reach for it, I heard, “Just wait”, so I said, “Okay, good.”
If I'm not talking to Him, I'm usually singing with Him, so a week or so later, just after leaving the post office on my brain-fog morning, I was working from a cafe (because a Workers@Home means I can work anywhere 🙂 and when I was just packing up my computer getting ready to leave, I noticed an older couple sitting across from me. As I often do, I smiled and struck up a friendly conversation, "How is your morning going?" Then I asked them if they'd gone to the farmers market (that was across the parking lot that day) and said, "I would go if I could find good bread like I used to get in Europe." I was stunned because I had no idea why I said that, when the husband replied, "Well actually there is some European bread and the woman has an accent."
I thanked them and dismissed what he said as I got in the car. I always smile and agree, but then I let go of suggestions because I am holding His hand, spending my day with Him that He has all planned out for us. Then, as I was backing out I thought about what they'd said, so I said, "Okay, Darling, show me if this thought is Your plan" when I immediately I felt led to turn left, and noticed a parking spot right behind the farmer's market tents. I parked, got out, looked left, then felt Him lead me to the right, and there she was! The older woman with the European bread stand. When I heard her accent, I asked her where she was from and she told me she didn't live too far from where I lived in Switzerland. Yes, you guessed it—I not only found (homemade!!) raisin cinnamon bread that He asked me to “just wait” for but I also found the heavy European bread I love so much and had been hoping for!!!
So, this is just another day in the life of His bride. It’s the way He longs for each of us to live. There were other things that happened that day, but I believe sharing these should help inspire you to "Just wait" and live your days as His bride, holding His hand, letting Him lead you through the day He has all planned out perfectly for you!!
Unleashing the TRUTH

I lived everything described here last week. First I was worried about celebrating Father’s Day here and our Beloved sent me the money through a friend who gave me 2 books as a gift. Then one of my best friends got me the bands and mat I need to exercise here at my house. I wanted to buy it a while ago, but my Beloved told me to wait, and my gift came! She came last Friday with those amazing gifts.
For a while, I wanted to have books for my girls so they could develop the amazing habit of reading, books here in Costa Rica are very expensive, and I live in a town nine hours away from the main city, so there are no libraries or second-hand shops nearby to get good books, but then the Lord again told me to just wait and see. Little by little He opened the way! In my daughter´s high school, they opened a little library and she was able to get books weekly! Then at the twins school, their teacher loved my suggestion about the importance of reading and opened a project of a mini library for them! I was so excited! Then one of our best friend from the city came to visit and brought 15 books for us, which was a desire of my heart.
We are now reading together in the afternoons as a family and enjoying our time together.
Asking our Beloved and waiting changes everything! He is always working on our behalf, our prayers move Heaven in a way we could never understand!! Ladies we are heard every day and the windows, doors, paths, seas, rivers, valleys, mountains, giants, and whatever could be are being opened, parted, climbed for us! We must learn to pray and wait in Faith!
Our Beloved longs to give us the best we can have always. We must let Him be our everything, our first, and our lives will be changed forever ❤
My dear bride, our Beloved Lord wants only the best for us, we just have to let Him in❤ and wait filled with faith!
What a wonderful eulogy for our sister… I’ve actually had the experience of asking our loved one this question on several occasions. I had to go to a conference and as I didn’t have much money on hand I wanted some mints and a bottle of water, so I went to the candies stall and unfortunately i found it too expensive that wouldn’t let me to buy a bottle of water.
Then, all of a sudden I went to a candies stall where I got my mints and my bottle for the money I could spend that day. Isn’t our beloved wonderful.
I love this story and the bread sounds amazing 😁 I often forget to ask and let Him guide me about every little detail of my life but He is reminding me day by day to ask.
He wants to change our lives for the better. I need to ask Him for guidance with anything and everything. like what should we have for dinner, what to buy, whether a certain brand is good, should I do laundry now or dishes, or what activities are we doing today. Sometimes He may say, “Just wait.” Trust Him and know that if He wants me to do or have something, He’ll make it happen when the time is right.
I think the last time my Beloved told me to wait was recently when I started having a lot of pain in my lower back and neck every morning. I had asked my Heavenly Husband a while back to please bless me with a bed and nightstands, we only had one that my husband used. My Beloved made me wait for a while and then my back started to hurt which put “pressure” on my husband to change the mattress. In this way, my Heavenly Husband worked in his heart to change the mattress for an orthopedic one and he also blessed me with the bed and two matching nightstands, but much more than that, he blessed me with new bedding that I wanted. I am extremely grateful because if I had rushed to figure it out on my own (what the old me would have done) then I would have missed out on the blessing of the two nightstands and the bedding! He always wants to give us more if we just wait for the best. It is better to wait and get His best than to rush and settle for less than the best He has to give us.
On the other hand, I have noticed that there are times when I ask Him and the lack of faith that I can hear Him blocks my communication with Him. Suddenly a fear shakes my heart as I think that I am too stupid to be able to hear from Him, so Erin’s testimony about the plum bread, which may seem like something too simple, tells me a lot about how much He cares about every detail of our daily life.
This lesson teaches me to properly tune my heart frequency to His. I need to first focus on Him and remember in faith that “He guides me” Psalm 23 and that “Your ears will hear Him. A voice behind you will say, ‘This is the way you should go,’ either to the right or to the left” Isaiah 30:21 NLT. In some ways I have allowed the fear of not hearing Him to rob me of the blessing of hearing Him (sometimes I doubt and wonder, is that my voice or is it Yours?), but I know that when I properly tune my heart with the conviction that I can hear Him, I have heard from Him, I have walked in faith and I have reaped good fruit from it. So I want to walk that way every day of my life, I want it to be my way of living… properly tuned to the frequency of His voice.
