Dear Brides, in this chapter "Shake it Off" you will learn how to let go, quit thinking so much, shake off the fear or what others are telling you and instead take His hand as He leads you to your next miracle!
Believing what others thought or even following what they were doing was something that I always did. I think it may have been fear driving me to do that when i had no clue what to do or I felt desperate. Once you start to believe what people say or try to do what they did about a certain situation, you start to try to make your own outcome and that is when the enemy can come in and destroy what the Lord had for you in the first place.
I have done this many times in my life when something attacked me or I let fear and doubt cloud my mind and I reacted which caused me to do things that were not what the Lord wanted me to do, therefore probably missing many blessings the Lord wanted to do for me but couldn't because I got in the way.
When I got covid last year, I got very sick and the enemy kept wanting me to just give up my faith in the Lord to heal me and I remember crying one night that I felt so sick and telling my sister to take me to the hospital. I didn't go but after I said that, I remember laying down and talking to my HH (Heavenly Husband) and telling Him that I trusted Him and that I knew that He was going to heal me and I trusted in Him only for this. Within the next couple of days I was so much better and then I knew that He was just waiting for me to totally surrender to Him and trust Him alone. I shook off the "snake" and just came to Him with my whole heart and trusted and He did it!
I need to shake all the things that people try to throw my way. People who do not walk closely with the Lord will fill you with doubt and fear. I need to not react to any of it and instead lay it at His feet and wait for His plan and His promises. I cannot jump ahead of Him in fear because then His plan cannot come forth. I have to believe and trust the Lord because that is the only way the miracles and promises that He has for me will be fulfilled.
Dear Brides, the enemy wants to put doubt and fear in our lives so that we will turn away from the Lord and the miracles that He has for us. It takes just one thing to make miracles happen in our lives and that is to simply believe our HH (Heavenly Husband) for big things and let Him take the lead.
