My First RF Newsletter

I’m thrilled with my newsletter. For those of you who got it, I am sure you’d agree. If you didn’t get it then I’d encourage you to register!!

Restoration Fellowship “A Church Without Walls” Registration

Then, after enjoying both VERY informative videos, I realized that I had some questions.
For us to attend a zoom fellowship, I believe we agreed we needed to have a picture on our profile and also have a bio or we wouldn’t be able to attend (a sort of safety precaution).
The other question is about sending messages. I believe we agreed this was the safest to get the zoom link, to send them privately, but maybe it’s safe and more uncomplicated by way of the newsletter. Can you let us all know?
Since we are doing our best to refrain from remaining underground, sending messages this way isn’t encouraged. Also, while testing this with Yvonne, neither of us got an email notification. Can you let us know about this, too, Adina?
P.S.
I slightly changed your menu, Adina, by exposing the registration and then tucking the groups etc., under it.

  1. Thank you Erin, I created this newsletter in mailpoet to send to all the subscribers to encourage them to register to the RF Group and to give them a bit of a tour of the group and how it works.

He led me to add the profile (radiant) pic as *required on the registration. As well as a Short Bio (+-400 words).

The newsletter I am looking at sending, once I have the Mailpoet extension available (https://the-praise-report.com/profile-grid-what-ive-learned-o/#comment-552) will only be to the RF Group members (separate mailing list) that are active, members can be deactivated without being deleted until pic uploaded / bio updated with a notification email. But making pic required in registration will overcome this problem.

I went through the settings now, and there was only one email notification in the standard settings I could activate, and that was sending a friend request. Maybe there is more options in the extensions, will SG and have a look.
